Our package is inclusive of labor and software. We will process bills, enter church contributions in your church’s donor management system, set up your budgets, provide payroll services, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts monthly, interface with your church’s online giving solution, and provide financial management reports on a regular basis.
Your fixed monthly fee is based on several factors taken into consideration and is scaleable to your church’s needs: number of employees, average weekly worship attendance, number of bank accounts or credit card holders, number of individuals authorized to approve bill payments, and average number of monthly bills and/or receipts.
